The 30th edition of the Tour de France Stage will take place in Nice. The amateur cyclists will travel 177 km and 3,570 m of elevation gain in the hinterland of Nice.
They will have time to warm up for about fifty kilometers on a false flat amount before attacking the first difficulty of the day: the col de Colmiane. Once crossed, they will have 20 km of descent to recover before going on to the biggest difficulty, the Turini pass. It will take strength to remain lucid in the very long run that will bring the riders back to Nice. They will have to restart the machine to overcome the Col d'Eze, positioned at the very end of course to finally admire the splendid view offered from the medium corniche. The riders will then be able to spot the finishing line a few kilometers down, a line that they will cross with their arms in the air to celebrate their feat!
